Teaching myself Press 2.0. I admit I don’t quite get why this was introduced. I get that it allows you to move a heavier weight but I still find it very weird to add a highly dynamic element to the lift.

This worked well but cleaning my front squats weights at 52kg before doing my actual power cleans at 44kg is pretty silly. Do the cleans first. Or skip the front squats altogether. They aren’t heavy enough to be useful.
