Retro edit: The Witcher 3 is one of the greatest open-world RPGs of all time. In the early- and mid-2020s, with the likes of Sekiro and Ghost of Tsushima about, Witcher 3’s combat system is showing its age, but everything else is still peak. There are no fetch quests! There are no radiant quests! Every side quest, not matter how small, has it’s own unique bit of story or lore. This game also has two of the best DLCs of all time.
