Training Log 2021-09-08
Wed 08 September 202175 Hard is going well. I've been able to stick to the program. I am formalizing my weight training a bit. I am still hamstrung by the lack of a squat rack (just order one already), but for now I am continuing with 45 minutes of weight training every second day and I am alternating two workouts as follows:
Workout A
- Front Squat
- Barbell Row
- Deadlifts
Workout B
- Front Squat
- Press
- Power Clean
I can only squat what I can clean so the squats are very light. Not sure if this makes any sense. Maybe I should just do thrusters.
