I reviewed my row and deadlift technique. I'm dropping rows from my training. Pretty clear to me I should not be doing them yet. I also dropped weight on my deadlift to focus on the 5-step deadlift setup. Going forward I'm just going to press and deadlift until the rack gets here. Maybe some power cleans.
