The squat rack arrived today. Diving right in, I got it all set up and started the “1A” program from “The Barbell Prescription“.

The workout went well despite some lingering soreness in my lower back from setting the rack up. +5 on both the squat and deadlift.
Yes it is a bit cramped in here. I have been emptying out my office / the spare bedroom so I can redo the floor, so all the stuff from that room is now encroaching on my workout space. I probably need to move the chin bar down one set of holes, else I’ll be scraping the popcorn ceiling with my noggin.
