Retro edit: The Witcher 3 is the greatest open-world RPG of all time. In the early- and mid-2020s, with the likes of Sekiro, Ghost of Tsushima, and Ghost of Yotei about, Witcher 3's combat is a bit weak, but everything else is still peak. There are no fetch quests! There are no radiant quests! Every side quest, not matter how small, has it's own unique bit of story or lore. This game also has two of the best DLCs of all time.
