Need better warmups. Just buy the rower already.

SQUAT PRESS DEADLIFT
65kg 36kg 85kg

This went well. Squat weight is just barely enough to get me breathing a bit. I should buy myself a rower or AirDyne to improve my warmups.

+5 squat, +5 deadlift.
