SQUAT BENCH DEADLIFT
70kg 50kg 90kg

Squats were fast and easy. Bench was ok but likely need to drop to +2 kg increments. I did not eat properly today and I can feel it. Deadlifts were good too!

+5 squat, +5 deadlift.
