The Barbell Prescription, Program 1B.

BODYWEIGHT WAIST SQUAT PRESS POWER CLEAN
194.8lbs 95cm 90kg 43kg 50kg

Achy and uncomfortable. Squats wobbly. Almost certainly going too low where I tend to shift and twist to the right.

Bad habits are creeping back in. Staying up later than I should playing vid, and my diet has been a bit off track since Thanksgiving dinner. Do better.
