Apatella ... my old patellar / quad tendinitis is making a comeback.

BODYWEIGHT WAIST SQUAT PRESS POWER CLEAN
193.4lbs 94cm 98kg 46kg 54kg

Quad tendinitis issues from my running days making a comeback. Start rolling it out with some dowel. Waist down to 94cm (37") for the first time. Keep going until you see the south side of 90cm.
